Beginners Ashtanga
The Modified Primary for Beginners is a great place to start your practice and learn the foundations of Ashtanga yoga in a relaxed, supportive environment. If you are new to Ashtanga yoga, or you want to develop your strength and stamina at a slower pace, you will enjoy this class.

Traditional Ashtanga
The Modified Primary series leads you through a slightly faster-paced practice and focuses on creating a flow between breath and movement. The Modified Primary includes more seated postures and introduces different transitions, helping you deepen into your practice.

Rocket Ah!
The Rocket is a full-body workout designed to be fun and exciting!Created by Larry Schultz of It's Yoga San Francisco, the Rocket adds in more core abdominal moves, inversions, hip openers, backbends and twists to make you feel renewed and invigorated. Sweating is encouraged to purify and reshape your body.

Rocket 2
The Rocket 2 has arrived! A dynamic practice that challenges body and mind, the Rocket 2 introduces more inversions, arm balances, and back bends for the ultimate feel-good routine (previous yoga experience is highly recommended).
Starting Sept. 19 at 4:45, continuing every Wednesday.

Vinyasa
Vinyasa is a flowing sequence of postures in a non-specific order. The non-stop movement gently opens your body and promotes relaxation.

Power Pilates
Pilates is a 45-minute workout blending core strength and deep streches. A great compliment to yoga.

Kids Ah!
Kids Ah! Is a great way for families to practice yoga together. We offer pre- and post-natal classes, toddler and family classes, and kid classes.
