Yoga Ah! is honored to be facilitators of the It’s Yoga Teacher Training from
San Francisco. Developed by Larry Schultz over 17 years ago,
our training method is proven effective and is designed to make you a
confident and successful Ashtanga Yoga teacher. Upon completion
of our program, you will be certified as a yoga teacher through the Yoga
Alliance.
Our teacher
training focuses on learning the art of instructing Ashtanga Yoga. Once
you learn the basics you will be able to teach all levels of students.
During the training we promote practice, practice, practice. You will be
encouraged to take classes, practice teach on each other, and ultimately
build a strong foundation for creating a personal practice. The purpose
