Rocket Girl Yoga

Hello Yogis,

Thanks for checking out the Yoga ah blog. If you go back in time you will see some amazing write ups about yoga and get a feel for some of what we do. Yoga ah is part of an international web of Rocket Vinyasa training's that take place all over the world from England to our latest Rocket retreat in Costa Rica this May. We have a website dedacated to the international trainings at www.rocketgirl.yoga Rocket Girl also offers free downloads so you can take your practice with you anywhere you go!

Some of the biggest news we have is that our summer intensitves are coming up! Yoga ah will offer 200 hours in Ashtanga  the Rocket system developed by Larry Schultz in June followed by a 5 day Advance Rocket training in July. Both trainings combined offer 260 hours and we are offering a specail tuition for both!!

Other big news is that this is our 10 year anniversary year and we as a yoga school have been watching some of you get stronger and stronger on and off the mat. We now have a pretty solid yoga community the practices and plays together. From politacal meetings at peoples homes to grabing a coffee after practice. Yoga ah has also watched the neighborhood of Northside grow and expand! It's been a great 10 years and here is to 10 more. We can only imagine what will happen next. Remembering the words of the great Larry Schultz, "don't blink" we don't want to miss anything!!

Yoga ah offers classes 7 days a week
Often people walk into It’s Yoga with worry, stress and tiredness written all over their faces but when they leave, they show the effects of Ashtanga Yoga: they feel better and look better, lighter, freer, more relaxed and energized. This is why to me, teaching Ashtanga Yoga is a kind of self-realization; every time I lead class I, as a teacher, grow and express the insights of my own yoga. I see people take in the practice from various angles and develop, change and transcend their limitations, realize their possibilities.
