Continuing Education in Yoga Modern Vinyasa and Traditional

This 25-hour continuing education program combines traditional Ashtanga foundations with the innovative sequencing of Larry Schultz's Rocket Yoga system combined with my own experience teaching yoga to the masses. Through guided practice, teaching methodology, hands-on adjustments, and online learning materials, instructors will develop practical tools for teaching accessible, creative, and dynamic Emerson Yoga classes.
