Proposed Schedule
Friday 10.10
5:00 pm – Check-in time
6:00 pm – Medicine Rocket Practice, followed by dinner, intention setting,
stories, and community time by the fire
Saturday 10.11
8:30 am – 1:00 pm – Extended Medicine Yoga Practice + meditation, followed by a big breakfast and peace time
1:00 pm – 2:00 pm – Strength training for your core
2:00 pm – 3:00 pm – Restorative Yoga Practice
3:00 pm – 5:00 pm – Light wholesome lunch and group walk
5:00 pm – 7:00 pm – Personal peace time and mindfulness exercises
7:00 pm – 10:30 pm – Group cooking dinner and Jacuzzi or fire free time
Sunday 1o.12
8:30 am – 10:00 am – Closing Medicine Practice
10:00 am – 12:00 pm – Healthy breakfast and completion, then drive home
